June 11, 2026 — Reconnecting Google Ads No Longer Gets Stuck on Permissions + 3 more

- Reconnecting Google Ads No Longer Gets Stuck on Permissions — Reconnecting a Google Ads account now always shows the full Google permission screen, so the connection comes back with everything Shape needs. You no longer have to manually remove Shape from your Google account first to fix a stuck reconnection.
- More Reliable Automated Budget Updates on Bing — We improved how automated budget pacing handles Microsoft Advertising sign-in failures, adding backoff so a failed sign-in no longer blocks pacing and it recovers automatically once the connection is healthy. Accounts with a fully expired Microsoft connection will still need to reconnect.
- Clearer Message When a Campaign Has No Recent Activity — When a Google Ads campaign isn't serving, its ad-group view now shows a clear explanation instead of an empty list that looked like a broken connection. This makes it obvious the campaign simply isn't delivering, not that your ad groups went missing.
- Fixed Inflated Spend History on Budget Charts — We corrected a display issue where a budget's historical spend chart could show roughly double the actual amount after a recent account reconnection, even though current spend tracking was always accurate. Affected charts now reflect true platform spend.
